Access to and use of our Website, as well as its information, services and contents, are subject to the applicable regulations and to the provisions established in this Legal Notice and other Website policies.
This is a corporate website. Accordingly, if you are interested in contracting our products or services, please contact us directly.
Users of this Website (User/s) acknowledge and agree to have read and understood the Legal Notice and the Privacy and Cookies Policies. By using our Website, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by them to the extent that they are applicable.

Suspension of services does not confer any right to compensation on the User. However, Nomvi will endeavour to limit, whenever possible, any suspension or interruption.

The User accepts that Nomvi shall not be liable, as a result of such actions, for the elimination or unavailability of certain services or functionalities of the Website.

Nomvi shall not be liable for any loss or damage the User may suffer as a result of improper use of the Website, failure to comply with its conditions and policies, or failure to follow instructions provided by Nomvi.
Nomvi shall not be held responsible for the use of the Website by minors or the transfer of their personal data without parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring safe Internet use by the minors in their care. We recommend the installation of parental control tools for Internet use.
The creation of “frames” with the Website’s pages is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of the Website conditions and policies shall be governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and/or execution of the Website conditions and policies, the parties submit to the courts of Girona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
However, if consumer protection regulations grant Users the right to choose the jurisdiction of their residence, they may proceed accordingly.
